Observation

Licensor observed cables from the tv and from lamps in licensed living room area accessible to children in care. Licensor observed kitchen with no gate to prevent children from enetring the space. The kitchen was observed to have a pantry accessible to children with large trashbags inside of pantry low enough for children to reach. Food pantry did not have a lock.
